The Wise, Virginia location is an example of Atlas’ commitment and perseverance for its clients.
Challenge
Local code would not allow a sign high enough to be seen from the highway. At the existing 45’ code, the Bojangles primary pylon sign would be blocked by a hotel. There were also many weather and environment challenges including snow, wind and soil conditions.
Solution
Atlas obtained a variance for a 86’ pylon, rising above hotel site lines and clearly visible from the highway. The main solution was and continues to be the Atlas persistence and commitment to getting the job done under very challenging conditions.
Result
The site was opened on time and within revised cost parameters. Bojangle’s is a long-tenured Atlas client.
